Guildhall wanted to improve their websites natural rankings whilst also improving the design and usability of their website.
Guildhall are one of Prestons oldest letting agents and have a strong reputation for being one of the best.
When designing and building their new websites we knew it was important to display their brand and values correctly, incorporating their signature sunflower into the website.
One issue they were having with their old website was the way the properties were listed on their website, our team redeveloped the listing system to make it easier for Google to pick up the listings and rank the website for competitive keywords.

When building the website we conducted a full SEO analysis for Guildhall to see how their current strategy was benefiting their business and highlighted areas where improvements could be made.
The website ranked well for several key search terms but we noted they had poor rankings for the more competitive keywords. Our SEO Strategy is aimed at improving their website rankings for keywords such as Houses to Rent in Preston, Properties to Rent In Preston etc.
